High Voltage
A key strength at Skanray Technologies is HV circuit design, modelling and simulation capabilities. Knowledge and use of innovative insulation material and HV assembly techniques. Manufacturing technology including vacuum ovening, oil filtration and degasification.

Thermal, stress modelling and Electronic Packaging
Skanray Technologies use the latest CAD software for electronic packaging design, thermal analysis and simulations. Usage of special material, alloys, castings and techniques like embedded heat pipes in combination with X-Ray leakage protection.
