K Balasubramanian, Director & CTO (X-Ray)

Bala is a post graduate electrical Engineer with specialization in power electronics. He has over 19 years of experience in product design and development with vast experience in design of X-ray generators, Induction heaters, AC and DC drives, DC-DC & DC-AC power supplies, traction drives and solid sate power supplies. During his career spanning 19 years, Bala has worked in some of the well known Indian companies and multinationals like NGEF, Kirloskar Electric, GE Health care and BPL healthcare.

His leadership and technical skills combined with focus on process oriented development made significant contribution to these organizations. He worked as a Principal engineer and was in charge of the X-ray generator design center of GE health care in India. Bala also worked as the General manager for R&D division of BPL healthcare before joining Skanray technologies as one of the founding directors.

Bala has five patents against his name filed in Japan and US.
